Hôpital vétérinaire Lachute’s facilities are designed to provide emergency care. We can quickly respond to emergencies and provide your pet with the urgent care they need. 

Should I bring my pet to the emergency department? 

Feel free to contact us if you fear your pet might be in danger. If your pet needs emergency care during our opening hours, call us right away at 450-562-2434.

Example situations where you must bring your pet to the emergency department:

• Poisoning
• Trauma
• Any other situation endangering your pet’s life

What are your opening hours? 

Our facilities are designed to manage any type of emergency during our opening hours. 

Monday: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Tuesday: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Wednesday: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Thursday: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Saturday: 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. 

What can I do outside your opening hours? 

Our facilities and departments are not monitored outside our opening hours. If you need assistance during this time, we recommend calling Centre vétérinaire Laval at 450-781-1200 or 1-877-651-2152.

If your pet requires 24-hour intensive care, we will direct your pet to a 24-hour emergency hospital.
